Prices will be quoted from our current price list, which is subject to change at any time.
All quotes are valid for 30 days.
We accept orders via website, email or telephone.
Select your quantities, options and colours, then enter your wording through our website. Add to shopping basket and place your order.
Personalised proofs are designed in your colours and wording and will be emailed to you within 2 business days for your order.
You’ll work 1-1 with our designers to perfect your stationery. Wording, colours, and minor layout adjustments can be requested.
Once you’re happy with your proofs, you’ll give your final approval via email. Nothing prints until we have your go ahead!
Your order will be printed with the greatest of care by a professional printing company.
Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped via your chosen delivery method, or collected from us at 3 Covent Garden, Liverpool City Centre.
Our production time is 2 weeks.

Text and wording
Text should be typed clearly (in a WORD DOC) and emailed to TLHS. Please type in upper and lower case as required, irrespective of the font used. Text not provided in this format will incur an additional administration fee of
between £25 and £50 depending on amount of work, this process may result in delays. TLHS is not responsible for any errors or omissions, spelling or otherwise in the text supplied by the client. TLHS will advise on text and wording for invitations where necessary.
Wedding stationery proofs
TLHS will provide the client with digital proofs for approval before production,
which will be emailed to the client. It is the responsibility of the client to check the proofs for printing and
amendments should be detailed clearly by email with reference to the proof by the file name.
PLEASE NOTE: TLHS is not responsible for any errors or omissions not found by the client at the proofing stage.
Production and deadlines
Stationery is made to order and lead times will vary. The client will be advised of the current lead times upon request
. Express orders are accepted at our discretion.
All times given are approximate and subject to change.
Since all work carried out is bespoke, personalised and handmade to order, TLHS does not replace or refund unwanted goods. In the unlikely event of faulty goods TLHS should be notified immediately, no later than three working days from the receipt of your stationery and should be returned to TLHS in its original packaging.
Upon inspection if the stationery is deemed to be faulty on the part of TLHS the stationery will be corrected or
replaced with the same. In the event that this is not possible TLHS reserves the right to offer an alternative or similar replacement.
In the unlikely event that TLHS cannot correct or replace the stationery TLHS will offer a refund for the faulty goods only if part of the order is faulty or a full refund if the whole order is faulty. Should the client choose to keep the faulty goods TLHS will refund 10% of the costs.If upon inspection the stationery is deemed to be incorrect due to errors or omissions that were not spotted by the client during the proofing process TLHS is not liable (see ‘proofs’ above).
Replacement stationery would be at our discretion and charges would be based upon the time taken and the costs incurred by TLHS.
TLHS is not liable for the costs of additional work carried out (such as calligraphy) to faulty stationery.
Once a booking has been confirmed and the deposit or the full amount has been paid, a refund cannot be given if the
order is later cancelled. If an order is cancelled part way through, you are liable to pay for all work completed
up to that date if it exceeds the deposit amount.
As our items are personalised we work with all our customer individually on a mutually agreed time-scale.
All our orders are sent by either Royal Mail 1st Class, recorded delivery or a courier service, depending on their weight and value. In most cases a signature will be required, therefore it is advisable to designate a work address for delivery if there is no one at home in the day time.
Delivery costs are paid for by the client. Whilst every care is taken to package the order, TLHS cannot be held liable for late delivery and loss or damage incurred in transit. Responsibility for damage to or loss of goods shall pass to the customer at the time of accepting delivery.

Small orders – £8.00 – Large orders – £10.00 – Table Plans – £15.00
We reserve the right to use any stationery we create to promote our products and services, this includes all social media sites, website and advertising.
TLHS will endeavour to supply services and products as agreed but cannot be held liable for situations beyond its control, for example discontinued materials, postal disputes, Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought, or other causes beyond the control of TLHS.
As all stationery items are bespoke and handmade, the client accepts that there will be slight variations between items. As our stationery is all made to order, minor variations in colour, texture, size and positioning can occur and do not constitute a fault. TLHS cannot be held responsible for the natural aging of products nor be held responsible for how our products are handled by the postal system.
Charges and fees
If further work is required, additional proof, artwork or illustrations are necessary or requested, TLHS will advise the client of the additional charges which will be incurred before work commences.

Designs and images cannot be reproduced or transmitted in any form without prior written permission.
The client is responsible for obtaining permission for printed reproduction of any images, photographs
and text including hymns and songs. The client indemnifies TLHS against any action brought against it
for breach of a third parties’ copyright.
Any information given during the course of enquiring and ordering may be used to assist our administration and for future marketing initiatives. TLHS will not share any information the client supplies with a third party. All data is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
